Hand‑harvested from our historic orchard, planted in 1885, this tea carries the quiet strength of trees that have endured drought, storms, and time itself. Each leaf is gathered with care, dried slowly, and blended into a natural, earthy tea that has been cherished across cultures for centuries. Our orchard grows wild, never sprayed with pesticides or chemicals, just as nature intended.
 
Olive leaves contain natural compounds like oleuropein and hydroxytyrosol, two of the most studied polyphenols in the olive tree. Research has examined these compounds for their anti‑inflammatory, antioxidant, antimicrobial, cardiovascular, and blood‑sugar–related effects, giving olive leaf tea a long‑standing reputation as one of the olive tree’s most powerful gifts.
 
Hydroxytyrosol, in particular, has been widely researched for its strong antioxidant activity, and studies have explored how dietary antioxidants may help protect the skin from everyday oxidative stress — the same kind of stress caused by sunlight, environment, and normal aging.
